Octopus Protocol Has Successfully Distributed V3 OPS Tokens to Holders

Octopodes, we know it has been a rough week, but it is about to get better. We are happy to inform you that we have begun the distribution of V3 OPS tokens to holders across Metamask and Trust Wallet. Earlier on, Gate.io had announced that migration on the exchange will occur on November 10, all OPS token holders on the trading platform will be migrated automatically by the Exchange independently of users actions. Bitmart exchange will also support the V3 token migration.

The team is commencing the distribution and migration of V3 OPS tokens after carefully Auditing the code by Armors Labs, an auditing and blockchain security laboratory that extends from smart contract eco-platform to the overall blockchain security. They have contributed in auditing over hundreds of projects and exchanges within the space.

Adding V3 Contract to Metamask

To add the new Smart Contract to your Metamask wallet,

Step1: Visit your main Metamask account page, click on Assets and scroll to the bottom where you find “Import Tokens’’ option.

Step2: Click on “Import Tokens’’ and Choose “Custom Token’’

Step3: Fill the Token Contract address, Token Symbol and token Decimal, all of which are provided within this article.
