Octopus Protocol IDO on Bounce Finance Timeline Details
After weeks of preparation, we are excited to announce that the Octopus Protocol IDO on Bounce Finance will go live today, on June 10th at 4 PM UTC. Please note that only the whitelist winners who have successfully completed their KYC process will be able to participate in the token sale.
Important: The Bounce Pool will be made open for wOPS token instead of our native utility token — $OPS. After our IDO announcement on Bounce Finance, several pools claiming to be selling OPS tokens went live on the platform. However, please note that all these pools were a way for attackers to scam the Octopodes community. In order to protect our Octopodes community from attackers, we have decided to open the Bounce pool with wOPS ticker.
Users will be able to swap their wOPS tokens with OPS on TGE. Please note that only whitelisted address will be able to swap their wOPS tokens with OPS tokens on TGE.
All winners who have completed their KYC will receive an email from our official source: info@octopus.exchange. Please note that we will not share information on social media or any other channels except on your registered email address.

Below is the timeline indicating the key events that will occur on the day of our launch on Bounce Finance on 10th June. All times stated are in UTC.
12:30 PM
The KYC deadline will officially close at 12:30 PM UTC. Only the whitelisted winners who have successfully completed their KYC can participate in the IDO sale.
3:30 PM
We release Token Contract Address information and our ticker via our official Twitter and Telegram ANN Channels.
3:45 PM
We will mute the Octopus Protocol Community Telegram channel and Discord channel.
3:57 PM
All whitelisted KYC winners will receive information of ‘Bounce Private Pool Password’ on their registered email address from our official source: info@octopus.exchange
4:00 PM
The Octopus Protocol IDO on Bounce Finance for wOPS pool will commence
